Sono iniziati oggi i test MotoGP a Sepang. La prima giornata che si è conclusa con Dani Pedrosa al comando con il tempo di 2′01.157. Secondo tempo per Jorge Lorenzo staccato di soli +0.008 millesimi. Marc Marquez, a suo agio e già velocissimo in sella alla RC213V ufficiale del Team Repsol Honda, secondo a +0.044 millesimi.

Non bene le Ducati. La più vicina è quella di Nicky Hayden ad oltre due secondi. Malissimo le Ducati del Team Pramac a ben oltre i tre secondi di distacco e dietro le due ART CRT di Espargaro e De Puniuet.
